1、 Before start-up, all parts of the mechanical system shall be checked carefully, and start-up can only be carried out after they are confirmed to be in good condition.

二、啟動(dòng)前，應(yīng)將攪拌操縱桿放在“空檔”位置。

2、 Before starting, put the mixing control lever in the "neutral" position.

三、啟動(dòng)后，應(yīng)將攪拌操縱桿放在“卸料”位置，放去筒內(nèi)積水。

3、 After start-up, the mixing control lever shall be placed in the "unloading" position to remove the accumulated water in the cylinder.

四、裝料時(shí)，攪拌操作桿應(yīng)放在“裝料”位置。

4、 When loading, the mixing lever shall be placed in the "loading" position.

五、運(yùn)輸前，卸料槽必須固定在“行駛”位置，防止擺動(dòng)。

5、 Before transportation, the discharge chute must be fixed in the "driving" position to prevent swinging.

六、操作操縱桿時(shí)，應(yīng)在“空檔”位置稍作停留后方可動(dòng)至下一個(gè)位置。

6、 When operating the control lever, stop at the "neutral" position for a while before moving to the next position.

七、搞好文明施工，桶內(nèi)多余材料不準(zhǔn)隨便亂倒。卸料后必須對(duì)攪拌筒、料槽、托輥等部位進(jìn)行清洗。

7、 Do a good job of civilized construction, and do not dump the surplus materials in the barrel randomly. After unloading, the mixing drum, material tank, idler and other parts must be cleaned.

八、人進(jìn)入筒內(nèi)清除砼結(jié)塊時(shí)，應(yīng)將車輛熄火，拔下電門鑰匙，筒外設(shè)人監(jiān)護(hù)。

8、 When people enter the cylinder to remove the concrete caking, the vehicle shall be flamed out, the key of the electric switch shall be removed, and a person shall be set outside the cylinder for supervision.

攪拌車是一種特殊車輛，并不是所有會(huì)開(kāi)車的司機(jī)都會(huì)開(kāi)攪拌車，如果操作不當(dāng)會(huì)引起翻車、液壓泵、馬達(dá)、減速機(jī)過(guò)快磨損甚至出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重后果。

The mixer is a special vehicle, not all drivers can drive the mixer, if the operation is not correct, it will cause the tipping, hydraulic pump, motor, reducer too fast wear and even serious consequences.

1．起動(dòng)攪拌車之前，應(yīng)把攪拌筒操作手柄放在“停止”位置。

1. Before starting the mixer, place the operating handle of the mixing drum in the "stop" position.

2．?dāng)嚢柢嚻饎?dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)后，應(yīng)使攪拌筒在低速下轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)10分鐘左右，使液壓油溫升到20℃以上后方可工作。

2. After the mixer truck starts the engine, the mixer drum shall be rotated at low speed for about 10 minutes to make the hydraulic oil temperature rise above 20 ℃ before operation.

3．?dāng)嚢柢囋诼短焱７艜r(shí)，裝料前應(yīng)將攪拌筒反轉(zhuǎn)，將積水和雜物排出，以保證混凝土的質(zhì)量。

3. When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading, and the accumulated water and sundries shall be discharged to ensure the quality of concrete.

4.攪拌車在運(yùn)輸混凝土?xí)r，要保證滑斗放置牢固，防止因松動(dòng)造成擺動(dòng)，在行進(jìn)中打傷行人或影響其它車輛正常運(yùn)行。

4. When transporting concrete, the mixer truck shall ensure that the sliding bucket is placed firmly to prevent swinging caused by loosening, hurting pedestrians or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles in the process of moving.

5.攪拌車裝運(yùn)攪拌好的混凝土?xí)r，攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速為2-10轉(zhuǎn)/分，在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中，平坦路面上攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速保證在2-3轉(zhuǎn)/分，行駛在側(cè)傾坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃動(dòng)較大的路面時(shí)，應(yīng)停止攪拌旋轉(zhuǎn)，待路況好轉(zhuǎn)后再恢復(fù)攪拌旋轉(zhuǎn)。

5. When the mixer truck is transporting the mixed concrete, the speed of the mixer drum is 2-10 rpm. During the transportation, the speed of the mixer drum is guaranteed to be 2-3 rpm on the flat road surface. When the mixer truck is driving on the road surface with a slope greater than 50, or the road surface with large left and right shaking, the mixing rotation shall be stopped, and the mixing rotation shall be resumed after the road condition is improved.

6.水泥自動(dòng)攪拌車運(yùn)送混凝土的時(shí)間不能超過(guò)攪拌站規(guī)定的時(shí)間。運(yùn)送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長(zhǎng)時(shí)間停轉(zhuǎn)，以防混凝土產(chǎn)生離析現(xiàn)象。司機(jī)應(yīng)時(shí)常觀察混凝土情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時(shí)通報(bào)調(diào)度室，申請(qǐng)做出處理。

6. The time for transporting concrete by concrete mixer shall not exceed the time specified by the mixing plant. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not be stopped for a long time to prevent the concrete from segregation. The driver shall often observe the concrete condition, timely report to the dispatching room in case of any abnormality, and apply for handling.

7.攪拌車車內(nèi)裝有混凝土?xí)r，在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)停滯時(shí)間不得超過(guò)1小時(shí)，如超時(shí)應(yīng)立即要求現(xiàn)場(chǎng)負(fù)責(zé)人給予及時(shí)處理。

7. when the mixer truck is equipped with concrete, the stagnation time on the site shall not exceed 1 hour. In case of overtime, the person in charge of the site shall be required to deal with it in time.

8.攪拌車運(yùn)送混凝土塌落度不得低于8cm。從混凝土入罐到排出，氣溫高時(shí)不得超過(guò)2小時(shí)必須排出，陰雨天氣溫度低時(shí)，不得超過(guò)2.5小時(shí)。

8. The slump of concrete transported by mixer truck shall not be less than 8cm. From the time when the concrete is put into the tank to the time when it is discharged, it shall not be discharged for more than 2 hours when the temperature is high, and it shall not be discharged for more than 2.5 hours when the temperature is low in rainy days.

9.攪拌車在排出混凝土之前，應(yīng)使攪拌筒在10-12轉(zhuǎn)/分的轉(zhuǎn)速下轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)1分鐘，再進(jìn)行排料。

9. Before discharging the concrete, the mixer shall rotate for 1 minute at the speed of 10-12 RPM before discharging.
