4.自上料微型攪拌車的運(yùn)輸時(shí)間不得超過(guò)攪拌站規(guī)定的時(shí)間。在運(yùn)輸混凝土的過(guò)程中，攪拌桶不應(yīng)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間停頓以防止混凝土偏析。駕駛員應(yīng)始終觀察具體情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常應(yīng)通知主控制室，并進(jìn)行治療。

4. The transportation time of self loading Mini mixer shall not exceed the specified time of mixing station. 5.將混凝土安裝在轎廂中時(shí)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)停滯時(shí)間不得超過(guò)1小時(shí)。如果超過(guò)超時(shí)時(shí)間，則應(yīng)要求網(wǎng)站負(fù)責(zé)人及時(shí)處理。

5. When the concrete is installed in the car, the on-site dead time shall not exceed 1 hour. If the timeout is exceeded, the person in charge of the website shall be required to deal with it in time.

6.當(dāng)自上料微型攪拌車通過(guò)非泵運(yùn)輸時(shí)，應(yīng)將其從混凝土排到罐中。高溫時(shí)，不得超過(guò)2小時(shí)。如果超過(guò)2小時(shí)，則必須將其排出。雨天溫度較低時(shí)，不應(yīng)超過(guò)2.5小時(shí)。

6. When the self loading Mini mixer is transported by non pump, it shall be discharged from the concrete into the tank. At high temperature, not more than 2 hours. If more than 2 hours, it must be discharged. When the temperature is low in rainy days, it should not exceed 2.5 hours.

7.在卸出混凝土之前，攪拌筒應(yīng)以10-12 rpm的轉(zhuǎn)速旋轉(zhuǎn)1分鐘，然后卸出。
