1、攪拌車離合器損壞的原因動力換擋變速器離合器接合時，液壓油的壓力克服彈簧力壓緊摩擦片。隨著液壓油壓力的升高，摩擦片與金屬盤接觸并逐漸壓緊，使離合器將飛輪動力平穩(wěn)地傳遞到變速器輸入軸。

水泥自動攪拌車無動力的情況下，檢查組裝好的變速器總成的各密封環(huán)就更困難了。此時，可采用氣壓閥進行測試。
